Pakistan’s squad announced ahead of New Zealand tour

Misbah-ul-Haq announced Pakistan’s squad with the New Zealand tour just around the corner which will serve as a way to gain experience for Pakistan who wishes to hone their skill. Head Coach Misbah-ul-Haq shared that they have shortlisted 35-players in the roster which will help them improve their T20I ranking and add valuable points in the ICC World Test Championship. Selecting their best players and even the schedule is decided in such a manner that they may provide tough competition. Misbah also shared information about the omissions of Asad Shafiq, Shoaib Malik, and Mohammad Amir from the squad as Asad is out of form, and Malik and Amir make way for emerging players. Wicketkeeper Rohail Nazir and Haider Ali will serve as captain and Shaheens will serve as vice-captain.
