ICC Chairman Jay Shah praised the awards for showcasing innovation and ambition across emerging nations, noting strong progress in participation programmes, women’s cricket, digital engagement and on‑field performance. The winners represent 20 ICC Members, underlining the sport’s accelerating development worldwide.

Initiatives in Uganda, Cyprus, Bhutan and Romania were recognised for their community impact, while women’s cricket campaigns in Suriname and Türkiye earned regional honours. Associate teams including Tanzania, the Bahamas, Nigeria, Italy and the UAE were celebrated for standout performances.

All regional winners now advance to the Global Awards, where an independent panel will select the overall winners to be announced in July.
