Martin Odegaard has evolved into one of the best young creators in the World Cup qualifiers, proving to Arteta that Odegaard might be the versatile player that could mean he and Bernardo Silva could coexist in the squad. The 23-year-old is known as the best under-23 creator in the 2022 World Cup qualifiers, after he made two key passes in Norway's 2-0 win against Montenegro.
Norway is through to the second rank in Group G, and in the eight matches, Odegaard has created 27 key passes and five big chances as well. The Real Madrid signing has not yet secured a direct goal in the competition, but the £31.5 million rated player is ranked above Phil Foden, Kai Havertz and Mason Mount.
