Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has been directed to try and sign Crystal Palace ace Wilfried Zaha at the end of the season. Gunners tried their luck on the Ivory Coast winger back in 2019 but their £40million bid on the player was rejected by the side and Arsenal then went on to sign ink a club-record of £72million for Nicolas Pepe instead.
Once again Gunners could make move on Zaha with Arsenal legend Paul Merson recommending the move. Merson states Zaha would not stay put at Palace forever and it is time for the Gunners to go ahead with a fresh bid on the players seeing they are short on quality strikers this season.
