Chelsea are getting optimistic about signing Estevao Willian

Ben Jacobs claims that Chelsea and Palmeiras are in negotiations on Estavao Willian, who is the attacking talent of Palmeiras. Although Palmeiras wants more than €60 million plus add-ons for the 17-year-old Barcelona target, the Bleus are prepared to make a €30 million bid plus bonuses. Palmeiras is still turning out some of South America's most interesting youth players, and they may be able to profit from yet another prospect relatively early in the player's career. The Brazilian squad, which has seldom seen Endrick play for their first team, sold him to Real Madrid for a hefty sum and is considering doing the same with their 17-year-old forward, Estevao Willian.

Chelsea has contacted Palmeiras over the adolescent, who—despite signing—will not be permitted to play until the summer of 2019 because of Brexit and South American age regulations. The Blues, however, are now hopeful about landing the youngster after starting negotiations on a €30 million plus bonus bid for Estevao Willian.
