Inter Milan and Leicester City agreed a transfer of midfielder Stefano Sensi

Sensi, a former midfielder for Sassuolo, is the target for Leicester. Coach Enzo Maresca of the Championship team is the main motivator for their desire. After the Foxes were demoted from the Premier League, the Italian coach took over the team in the summer of last year.

They are currently at the top of the Englash second division league standings and are prospering under Maresca's leadership. Maresca, who was Pep Guardiola's assistant coach at Manchester City before, is transforming Leicester into his favoured kind of football. In the summer of 2019, the Italian international moved from Sassuolo to Inter. But a major factor in his infrequent playing has been injury. Sensi has played on loan for teams like Sampdoria and Monza. The 28-year-old returned to Inter during the summer of last year. Despite being mostly fit, he has hardly played this season—not even getting a start.
