Dayot Upamecano, a defender for Bayern, was sent off for a tackle on Gustav Isaksen. Immobile's subsequent penalty kick sent custodian Manuel Neuer reeling. The Italian attacker, who over the weekend achieved the 200-goal milestone in Serie A, has now scored Lazio's last four goals in the tournament.
