Lens break Brest's winning streak and take fourth place

Lens ended second-place Brest's winning streak at home with a 1-0 victory in the French league, advancing further in their quest for a Champions League berth the following season. In the 32nd minute, midfielder David Pereira da Costa's cross struck the post and rebounded, setting up a header for Ruben Aguilar.

Lens climbed to fourth position, drawing even with Monaco in third place. If Monaco wins against Strasbourg on Sunday, they can catch up to Brest by one point.
