Man Utd ready to sell Greenwood for €40m amid Barca and Atletico interest

Mason Greenwood, who is on loan at Getafe from Manchester United to rebuild his professional football life after being accused of sexual abuse, is being targeted by Spanish side Barcelona as they showed interest in the 22-year-old's services and decided to monitor him.

Atletico Madrid have joined the race for his transfer in recent hours and will be keen to take him away from the Catalan giants in the next transfer window. As a result, Manchester United have set a price tag on his permanent transfer.

According to Spanish outlet 'Mundo Deportivo', the Red Devils want to sell the winger for 40 million euros in the next transfer window.

His current contract with the Old Trafford outfit expires in 2025, so the Premier League club will be looking to sell him as soon as possible to receive a sizeable fee for his services.
