O'Riley is being eyed by the top side in La Liga

Matt O'Riley is expected to fetch high dollar offers from Celtic, as La Liga surprise team Girona put the star player for the Houston Rockets at the top of their desire list. According to Record Sport, Parkhead executives are not seeking to cash in on the playmaker during this transfer window and have not yet received a bid for the 23-year-old. O'Riley has drawn interest from a number of English, Italian, and Spanish teams after a stellar two years in Glasgow after joining from MK Dons for £1.5 million.

Serie A powerhouse Inter Milan is one of the offensive midfielder's admirers; he has been one of the season's stars. Girona, though, is ready to compete today as they want to build on their incredible start to the Spanish season. The Catalan team is said to be able to pay the hefty sum required to sign O'Riley because they are a part of the City Football Group, which is supported by Manchester City.
