Pochettino praises his team after reaching FA Cup quarter-finals

Chelsea struggled to beat Leeds in the last 16 of the FA Cup but were eventually beaten in the 90th minute by Gallagher's goal. Mauricio Pochettino after the game described his players as 'brave' after overcoming the EFL Cup final defeat to Liverpool. The Blues were described by former Man Utd player Gary Neville as "blue billion-pound bottle jobs".

“With all my love to Gary, it is not fair to use this type of word (bottling) for a team that is so brave and a club that always shows it fights for big things. What can we do? Now, only with this type of performance, show that we are brave,” Pochettino said.

“It is not important for the team, it is not important for us, because we know who we are and how we behave and why we lost against Liverpool is nothing to do with this," added the Argentinian.
