Real Madrid confirms the Odegaard deal with Arsenal

It is final, the Real Madrid midfielder Martin Odegaard would now be seen at Emirates Stadium after the La Liga side agreed to a €40 million deal for the Norwegian players. Los Blancos though would enjoy the first-refusal option that is if in case Gunners would plan on selling the player Real Madrid can bid on the player and sign him again on the offer they received.

Arsenal was hoping to add the player to the squad before the Chelsea match in Premier League but unfortunately, the player would not be making a debut this Sunday. Arsenal has also shared that the Real Madrid player would put on the Number 8 jersey which was previously worn by Dani Ceballos and even Mikel Arteta at one point in time.
