Boston Celtics overcome a two-game losing streak

With Derrick White scoring 15 points and Jrue Holiday contributing 13 points, seven assists, and eight rebounds, the Celtics, who have the best record in the NBA at 58-16, avoided going on a three-game losing streak. Zion Williamson had 25 points, and CJ McCollum contributed 24 points. Due to a bone injury in his left knee, Brandon Ingram missed the Pelicans' fifth straight game.

Boston seized over in the third quarter, holding New Orleans to 11 points while Porzingis had two of his blocks, and the team went ahead 59-57 at the break. Tatum's 3-pointer with 4:12 remaining in the quarter gave the Celtics a 79-68 lead. They would go on to lead by double digits the rest of the way, including a 22-point advantage in the fourth quarter.
