Milwaukee Bucks are thinking about signing former Brooklyn Nets guard Jevon Carter, both the parties are close to an agreement and are waiting for Carter to clear his waivers. Nets agreed to waive Carter only recently, making him the second player to jump ship between the two teams. Earlier DeAndre' Bembry also followed the same path to join Bucks.
Carter adds depth to Bucks squad who are reeling with the loss of Donte DiVincenzo to the Sacramento Kings and have even lost Pat Connaughton to injury from the backcourt. Bucks were going for Dragic this winter but Nets swept in and sweetened the deal to add the player leaving them shorthanded and in need of a guard. The 26-year-old Carter has averaged 3.6 points over 12 minutes per game for the Nets this season and hopes to get more playing time with Bucks.
