Kris Dunn and Carsen Edwards fall pray to Boston Celtics trade lust for Memphis’s Juancho Hernangomez. To equalize and beat Juancho’s current salary of $6.9 million, Celtics pulled Dunn and Edwards totaling a combined $6.8 million into the proposal for the former. Even with a non-guaranteed extra year in his deal, Juancho’s contract is to meet its expiry soon, giving space to other clubs to grab the player.
Boston finds the 25-year-old more profitable over the Dunn-Edwards duo following Josh Richardson and Dennis Schroder's signing. The 15 player roster can be questioned by the trade for a guard, wing, or a 5, and the Jabari Parker situation at the Celtics. Aiding Grant Williams, Udoka’s plan of action seems like a 14 player roster or another vet minimum deal for the coming season. Budging each other Jabari and Hernangomez could be interesting for the Boston gameplay.
