In a preseason game on Wednesday night at the Golden 1 Centre, the Clippers easily defeated the Sacramento Kings 109-91 behind 24 points from John Collins, 16 from Brook Lopez, and 15 from Kawhi Leonard. The Clippers (2-1) dominated their second-to-last exhibition game, leading by 20 points at the half and by 29 after three quarters.

During 18 minutes, Collins pulled down six rebounds and went 7 for 8 from the field (2 for 2 from 3-point range) and 8 for 10 from the free-throw line. In 18 minutes, Lopez went 4 for 5 from behind the arc and 6 for 8 from the field. In 27 minutes, Leonard made all five of his free throws and shot 5 for 13 overall (0 for 4 from 3-point range). Chris Paul got eight points and a team-high ten assists in 18 minutes, Derrick Jones Jr. contributed 12 points in 23 minutes.
