Clippers fall short despite strong performances from Zubac and Bogdanovic

Croatian big man Ivica Zubac led the Clippers with 23 points and 11 rebounds, Serbian national team captain Bogdan Bogdanovic added 12 points, but it was not sufficient.

The Suns beat the short-handed Los Angeles Clippers 115-102 in the only NBA game of the night.

Jalen Green scored 29 points in his Phoenix debut, and Devin Booker added 24 points for the winners.

The Clippers lost their third straight. They played without James Harden, who missed the game for personal reasons, and Kawhi Leonard, sidelined with a right ankle sprain.
