The center has rich experience under his belt having played for Sixers, Nets, Kings, and Knicks, and now this season the Norvel Pelle would play for the undermanned Jazz as they add the big-man into rotation. Jazz would deploy Pelle for the Friday night clash at ScotiaBank Arena after Joe Ingles entered the COVID-19-based health and safety protocols and joined Rudy Gobert. Jazz even ruled out Donovan Mitchell, Mike Conley, and Bojan Bogdanovic because of injuries.
The Western Conference team has even put Royce O’Neale, Jordan Clarkson, Rudy Gay, and Hassan Whiteside in the doubtful category thus forcing their hands to add Pelle to meet the minimum eight-player criteria. Earlier this week Jazz even signed Danuel House with a 10-day contract.
