Lakers and DeAndre Jordan ink a one year contract

Brooklyn Nets and Detroit Pistons completed the DeAndre Jordan deal thus clearing the path for Los Angeles Lakers to sign the player for $2.6 million for one year. While the main question that the Lakers fans are concerned at the moment is how would this move play out for Marc Gasol. Lakers have even signed on Dwight Howard and already had Anthony Davis at center thus the speculations say Gasol might not wear the gold and purple jersey after this season.

At the moment Lakers have 13 players with guaranteed contracts, Marc Gasol was offered the same amount as Jordan and Lakers enjoy a two-way deal with Austin Reaves and Joseph Ayayi while Chaundee Brown and Mac McClung have inked non-guaranteed deals.
