Griffin described the team's members as "just such a great group of guys." He is a true superstar, similar to Jayson Tatum. Griffin joined the Celtics soon before the regular season began last year and played in 41 games, averaging 4.1 points and 3.8 rebounds. There are unfilled roster seats for Boston, and a recent rumour indicated that Griffin would be interested in returning.
