Boston Blaze blew over Brooklyn Nets with the 126-91 win. The shorthanded Nets had a hard time in the blowout loss at Barclays Center Tuesday night as they extended their losing streak to nine back to back matches well their record at home stays hopeless at 12-14. Steve Nash commented that even after the losing streak Nets are losing by just 20-30 points. Nets faced Boston without any of the Big Three members.
It all came down to Brooklyn’s bench, which contributed 70 of the 91 points with Jevon Carter leading the players, with a season-high 21 points behind 7/13 shooting from 3-point range in the 31 minutes he played. David Duke Jr. the two-way rookie scored 13 points on 5-of-13 shooting overall and 1-of-6 shooting from behind the arc, in the 28 minutes on the floor. Nets relied on Patty Mills, Bruce Brown, DeAndre Bembry, Kessler Edwards and Blake Griffin but Boston got the better of the B-team.
