Oklahoma City Thunder defeated the Toronto Raptors 121-109

In Chet Holmgren's comeback from injury, the Oklahoma City Thunder defeated the Toronto Raptors 121-109 on Friday night, led by 27 points from Jalen Williams and 25 from Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. After recovering from a pelvic fracture, Holmgren, who finished second in the rookie of the year competition the previous season, returned to action for the first time in three months. In 22 minutes, the 7-foot-1 forward finished with four points, five rebounds, and four blocks. The NBA-best Thunder (41-9) won their fourth consecutive game with 18 points from Aaron Wiggins.

The Raptors suffered their third consecutive loss despite 21 points from Scottie Barnes and 17 from Gradey Dick. Toronto lacked personnel. RJ Barrett, the top scorer, was included in the concussion protocol.  Brandon Ingram, acquired from New Orleans before the trade deadline, was with the team but didn’t play.
