New Orleans Pelicans had to come back from a 23 point deficit in the match against the Cleveland Cavaliers with the help of Herb Jones and Garrett Temple to stun the other side with a 108-104 win. The undermanned Pelicans were playing without Brandon Ingram, Josh Hart, and Nickeil Alexander-Walker and despite missing the red hot players pulled off the second-largest comeback in the team history with a big 32-21 last quarter.
Pelicans registered their sixth win in the last eight matches riding high on Jones’ season-high 26 points, along with seven rebounds, three assists, and three blocks. Cleveland’s Ricky Rubio scored a triple-double but left in the last quarter and the Pelicans took advantage by running amok in the last quarter to win the match.
