Indiana lost their second straight match to Toronto Raptors as a series of injuries hurt Pacers chances of a win. Malcolm Brogdon struggled with a hamstring injury but still scored 18 points. Pacers saw Isaiah Jackson leave the match in the end with an injury further bringing the morale down. Pacers are not off to a good start this season they are 1-4 after the loss to Toronto Raptors.
Brogdon kept Pacers looking competitive in the first half but after he went down in the third quarter all was lost for Pacers. Brogdon scored 13 of his 15 second quarter in a fierily five minutes action. Later Jackson handed a boost to Indiana in the last quarter as his 20-point effort cut the lead down to 10 but a determined Fred VanVleet pushed for the Raptors to win.
