The first outing for the Sacramento was lucky enough for the team to win against the Pheonix establishing a great start to the preseason. The 117-106 cruiser reflected the King's potential taking the lead with ease against the handicapped opponent, as the Suns weren’t in with the best men missing Devin Booker and Chris Paul.
The Monday night certainly went the Kings’ way with Luke Walton’s winning lineup of De’Aaron Fox, Tyrese Haliburton, Harrison Barnes, Marvin Bagley III, and Richaun Holmes. While the Phoenix missed the most crucial shots, the Kings’ three-guard lineup of Fox, Haliburton, Hield, and Terence Davis was a great success marking as a weapon in this season. Bagley with 15 points on 6 of 9 shooting, Hield and Barnes taking 22 off the total 47 attempts, and Barnes with 18 points on 7 of 12 shooting include the other aces of the Sacramento. The Kings head to Los Angeles on Wednesday to face off with the Clippers at 7:30 p.m.
