Suns win 122-105 in Game 1 against Nuggets

Suns exploded in the second half against Denver Nuggets with Chris Paul scoring 14 of his 21 points in the last quarter and ended with 11 assists and  6 rebounds. Phoenix Suns took an early lead with 1-0 in the Western Conference Semifinals at Phoenix Suns Arena. Suns took down Nuggets with 122-105 on Monday as they forced a comeback after being 10 points down in the third quarter.

The crowd witnessed an exciting game as Phoenix then pulled off 42-14 runs later to take the lead. Mikal Bridges’s 3 pointers set the fire then Paul scored two of his signature pull-ups and a 3-pointer and a dunk by Torrey Craig put Suns in the lead by 102-84. Phoenix’s defense then worked hard and held MVP frontrunner Nikola Jokic to just 22 points, nine rebounds, three assists.
