Chris Duarte, a guard/wing, has been officially dealt from the Indiana Pacers to the Sacramento Kings. The Pacers did indeed acquire two second-round draught selections from the Kings in exchange for Duarte, as a league source had previously told AllPacers on Thursday. The move would happen earlier in the week, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic. The second-round picks from the Mavericks in 2028 and the Kings in 2030 will be sent to the Pacers as part of the agreement. Although both of those picks are far in the future, by the time they arrive, both organisations' great players' contracts will have expired, making them potential superior picks in round two.
Duarte had a fantastic rookie campaign with Indiana, averaging 13.1 points per game and was named to the NBA's second-team All-Rookie team. His defence was strong, and his outside shooting appeared to be a weapon.
