The second back-to-back defeat for Thunder lost to the former NBA champions with 128-99 on Wednesday. Thunder was without center Al Horford who was rested during this game but were at a disadvantage against the star-studded Lakers. Isaiah Roby filling-in in his shoes defended against Marc Gasol and 6-foot-8 and 208 pounds, Darius Bazley was assigned to 6-foot-10 and 253 pounds, Anthony Davis anyone with a sense of what will happen predicted right, Davis dominated, shooting 8-of-13, he ended the night with 18 points and 7 rebounds.
Thunder later lost Bazley in the fourth quarter due to a sprained ankle. Montrezl Harrel also added 21 points on 8-of-12 shooting for the Lakers. Oklahoma City Thunder is 5-6 in the league while title defenders are 10-3 currently.
