Minnesota Timberwolves took down Boston Celtics with a big performance from Jaylen Nowell and other players to record an imposing win over Celtics. Timberwolves were missing all five of their regular starters and relied on two-way players and temporary hires for the match. Celtic could not take advantage of this fact and slip further making silly mistakes and giving away easy baskets.
Wolves’ offense seemed strong in comparison and they build on their 11-point halftime lead and then saw an unlikely hero in the form of Jaylen Nowell to see the team to a win. Nowell caught fire in the last quarter scoring 11 of his 29 points and even showed off in the end with a show-stopping dunk over Celtics big man Jabari Parker.
