100 Thieves officially announced their exit from CS:GO

Matthew "Nadeshot" Haag, the CEO of the US-based organization announced 100 Thieves move to withdraw from the CSGO arena due to the current ambiguity, vagueness, and uncertainty surrounding the arena because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Since all the tournaments are being scheduled in Europe mostly which makes it all the more difficult to manage as the organization is based in Los Angeles.

Any roster changes at this point would have posed more problems thus this seemed to be the best option. With regard to the player's future, the organization is working hard to have the players placed in a respectable organization.  IEM New York counts as the last tournament in which the team competed ever since they joined Renegades in October 2019. During the course of time, they reached the semi-finals stage at the StarLadder Major as well as the grand finale at IEM Beijing.
