Adam "⁠WolfY⁠" Andersson is leaving M80

M80 has announced that AWPer Adam "⁠WolfY⁠" Andersson is leaving the squad, ending his four-month tenure. The announcement follows rumours that the squad would soon reveal German sharpshooter Fritz "⁠slaxz-⁠" Dietrich. In a statement issued on Friday, ALTERNATE aTTaX stated that slaxz- had been "transferred to another team with immediate effect."

WolfY joined M80 when they first joined the Counter-Strike scene in July. He played with the team in the ESL Pro League, where they were unable to win a map, and he also helped the team get second in Thunderpick North America Series 1. Aside from their IGL Marcus "⁠maNkz⁠" Kjeldsen, the sniper was the team's lowest-rated player since he failed to produce consistent play. slaxz-, WolfY’s supposed replacement, counts Sprout among his old teams, but has been playing for ALTERNATE aTTaX since the start of 2023.
