Aran "Sonic" Groesbeek would be taking a break from competition

The Extra Salt player Aran "Sonic" Groesbeek is taking a step back from Counter-Strike for a brief period at the very least. There has been a lot of speculation going around that Ricky "floppy" Kemery is all set to join the team temporarily and might even replace the player if a move is considered.

Sonic even announced on Twitter that things have been particularly hard for him and have even taken a mental toll thus forcing him to take a step back and recollect his thoughts. The South African player has been one of their best players on the roster posting the second-highest rating as a player in the last three months with a 1.12 rating. The team has run into a bad series of results missing out on PGL Major Stockholm and a spot on ESL Pro League Season 15.
