BIG advances to IEM Global Challenge playoffs

BIG becomes the first team to cement its name for the IEM Global Challenge playoffs after making a comeback from two huge deficits to travel to semi-finals after defeating Astralis by 2-0 on Vertigo and Dust 2. Danes did put up a great fight before surrendering to BIG who were being led by Florian "syrsoN" Rische and Nils "k1to" Gruhne, who combined for 105 frags in the series.

Peter "dupreeh" Rasmussen from Astralis’ side was also impressive and put up a tough fight for BIG by shutting down pistol round with a quad-kill on the B bombsite but the Germans later thrashed their defensive set up to take the series into their own hands with k1to’s help who posted 0-7 score taking the title of top-fragger for BIG and on Dust2 we saw much of the same moves.
