The German side would field their academy member Karim "Krimbo" Moussa in place of Nils "k1to" Gruhne in the upcoming Europe RMR open qualifier. This would be BIG’s second attempt to book a berth at the Europe RMR event. Krimbo has been part of BIG’s Academy roster since January but this would be his second stint with the team after taking a break in 2021 with cowana and ALTERNATE aTTaX.
Even after the break, Krimbo has been one of the stand-out performers for the team and even helped the team with a runner-up finish in WePlay Academy League Season 3 and kept up with a rating of 1.15 in the past three months. If they can qualify with the 19-year-old, BIG would still be able to use k1to in the main event if he was listed as a substitute.
