Dreamhack Open concludes its first day

In the Group A fixture, MAD Lions came out on top as they took down MOUZ in the opening match, the team had to make a last-minute change in the roster and replace the unwell Aurimas "Bymas" Pipiras with Chris "chrisJ" de Jong. MAD Lions still managed to win 2-1 with Thomas "TMB" Bundsbæk posting a 1.42 rating across the series, including a 2.31 rating on Mirage.

Coming on to Group B BIG emerged victorious over GamerLegion with an easy sailing 2-1. Johannes "tabseN" Wodarz and Florian "syrsoN" Rische carried the team to a win with their 1.22 and 1.18 rating respectively. Later ENCE took on the new-look forZe and swept them with a 2-0 win and fnatic found a similar win against Spirit.
