Evil Geniuses defeat Vitality 2-1 to set up a match with G2

Evil Geniuses beat Vitality in Group B's elimination stage to stay alive in BLAST Premier Spring Final with a 2-1 win. They set up a match with G2 which will be in the decider stage of the group. The French side was without Dan "⁠apEX⁠" Madesclaire and managed to force a decider after being beaten on Nuke and hanged on till the last breath.

EG has been performing poorly this season and the fans took a sigh of relief with this victory. The North American side opened with a 6-0 lead on the T side until Vitality’s Cédric "⁠RpK⁠" Guipouy forced a comeback which was countered by EG with 10 rounds to their name. EG ended the match strongly as well with a great start at Inferno and closed the map with a close advantage.
