Evil Geniuses have defeated Rooster at ESL Pro League S18

In the battle for eighth place at ESL Pro League S18, Evil Geniuses overcame Rooster in two games. Prior to a perfect Nuke CT half that gave them a 16-10 victory, the North Americans started out with a commanding 16-6 triumph on Mirage. On Sunday, they will face the team that lost the match between MOUZ and MIBR. Evil Geniuses have so far displayed much improved form in the EPL. 

Despite the fact that this is their first win in the group, three of their four map defeats against ENCE and MOUZ were quite narrow. Paytyn "junior" Johnson stated in the post-game interview that "these games against ENCE and MOUZ, we felt like we could have taken both of them, our pre-game gameplans are what's getting us here because we haven't practised at all."
