Evil Geniuses signs Malek as head coach

Evil Geniuses has signed former G2 skipper Damien "maLeK" Marcel as their new head coach. The Frenchman would be responsible for putting the new lineup together for the organization as he takes over the responsibilities from Damian "daps" Steele. The American side cleaned house this offseason parting ways with Owen "oBo" Schlatter, Peter "stanislaw" Jarguz, and Michał "MICHU" Müller but resigned their two players Cvetelin "CeRq" Dimitrov and Vincent "Brehze" Cayonte.

There is no indication what EG’s future lineup would look like, the organization has been linked with the likes of Timothy "autimatic" Ta and Jake "Stewie2K" Yip. Daps ended his coaching stint with the team in just six months' time, which also saw the player-turned-coach stand-in for the team in the absence of stanislaw and Brehze. It looks like MaLeK has his work cut out for him.
