FaZe squashed OG to bag IEM New York title

The 13th and the 17th ranked team at the worlds battled it out for the IEM New York title where FaZe outsmarted OG to claim the $140,000 prize. Nikola "⁠NiKo⁠" Kovač and team bagged their first victory of the year, after they won BLAST Pro Series Copenhagen title in November, while OG will have to wait for their first win having just formulated the team 10 months ago. The grand finale started on Mirage then Inferno where FaZe were unbeatable and won at Dust2 as well put an end to the tournament after defeating Heroic, BIG, and Vitality as well. whereas OG was unable to repeat their win from the group stage.
