FURIA benched drop

André "⁠drop⁠" Abreu is purportedly on the chopping block as the Brazilians look to revamp their roster. As the team's bench has been reduced, the off-season makeover of FURIA is beginning, according to a report by Dust2.com.br. The Brazilians are looking beyond the academy squad for a player, but due to costly buyouts, FURIA may decide to elevate Kaue "kauez" Kaschuk as a last resort.  The action coincides with widespread rumours that Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo is of interest to FURIA. Early in June, the Brazilian captain was first mentioned as potentially joining his compatriots. A few days later, on June 6, paiN purportedly entered the picture.

In their article, Dust2.com.br also mentioned that FalleN and FURIA had their first meeting regarding a prospective signing, but that nothing was confirmed as of yet. FalleN would replace Rafael "saffee" Costa on the squad.
