With ESL right around the corner, FURIA is preparing for the tournament by making some serious roster changes. The organization is promoting their longest-serving member of FURIA's academy, André "drop" Abreu to their active roster. Drop would replace Lucas "honda" Cano from the main lineup who had just joined in June and replaced Paytyn "junior" Johnson.
The organization has confirmed that drop is not the permanent fifth member of the squad but they are in fact on the lookout for the fifth member of the squad. Drop impressed with his performance in WePlay Academy League working for the Academy for the past 18 months. FURIA is at the crossroads as ESL needs to approve the transfer or else they would be either stuck with coach Nicholas "guerri" Nogueira or they would have to fly Honda at the last moment.
