G2 and OG secure a Blast Showdown Quarterfinals seat

G2 took down Lynn Vision in a competitive and thrilling match, while G2 were the favorites heading into the match the Chinese squad made the teamwork hard for the win after they handed G2 a loss on Vertigo. First G2 was leading at halftime with 9-6 then the 1v5 clutch from Lizhi "Starry" Ye and great AWPing skills from Sike "z4kr" Zhang turned the scoreline around as Lynn Vision won the map with 16-14.

Nemanja "nexa" Isaković’s co then did not take things lightly as the European squad closed out Inferno with ease 16-10 and later made Nuke a one-sided affair and took the map by 16-8 and the series 2-1.
