Gade bids adieu to Counter Strike

Nicklas "gade" Gade has officially confirmed his retirement from Counter-Strike, expressing his intent and that now is the moment for his exit from the CS industry and that he will be beginning a new career in a whole new environment in the near future. The Danish rifler departed from CS:GO after knocking out over six years of contesting, during which period he embodied noteworthy gaming corps such as OpTic, North, and BIG.

Gade never returned to competitive play after being moved to the bench in December 2021. He now retires from Counter-Strike with his four-month tenure on BIG being his last time on the server in an official capacity. The Dane and the German organisation eventually said goodbyes to each other back in August after eight months on the sidelines, citing a "mutual agreement" to terminate the 28-year-old's contract.
