Gambit routs Virtus.pro to take IEM Katowice’s trophy home

Gambit made a comeback to finally the finale, they were defeated on Vertigo, the opening map, and Virtus.pro seemed confident they would win until Gambit made a come back to finally win on Dust2, Train, and Overpass with 16-6, 16-4 and 16-12 to take the $400,000 grand prize and one of their biggest title. The lowest-ranked team climbed ranks and beat some of the best teams like Natus Vincere and Spirit to come so far in the series and finally ended it on a good note with a win.
