Godsent benches João "felps" Vasconcellos

GODSENT revealed they have benched their rifler João "felps" Vasconcellos due to some personal issues and would stay behind in Brazil. The player addressed the fans with a video and shared that he himself is taking a step back and has sights to return to the game in the future. Felps and the team’s decision was mutually decided and the 25-year-old is sidelined for the next two to three months.

In the time he was part of the GODSENT’s roster the player posted a 1.14 rating but later in 2022 his numbers started declining and the team also suffered a disappointing campaign at Pinnacle Winter Series 2, IEM Katowice Play-In, and two RMR open qualifiers. His average rating is just above 1.02 and the team slid to 23rd in the world ranking as well. The team will now add former FURIA veteran Henrique "HEN1" Teles to the lineup as his replacement.
