Junior steps down from FURIA’s lineup to make way for Honda

Paytyn "junior" Johnson and FURIA part ways after Junior’s underwhelming performance in a recent tournament. By benching Junior FURIA invited Lucas "honda" Cano to take his place on the starting lineup. Honda had previously filled in for junior in the BLAST Premier Global Final and cs_summit 7 at the start of the year.
Junior joined the team in January but could not join the team due to passport issues and then his debut for the team came in IEM Katowice but FURIA was eliminated from the tournament after the 7-8th place finish. Junior averaged 0.92 ratings as the team's primary AWPer as he lost his form he once enjoyed at Triumph.

The North American AWPer will now return home and work on his form. Taking his place on the roster the 20-year-old Brazilian averaged 0.84 ratings over 16 maps he played with them and would be working towards improving his form.
