Liquid, Evil Geniuses stay on track at Americas RMR

The PGL Major Antwerp 2022 Americas RMR advances to Round 3, which sees Liquid, Party Astronauts, Evil Geniuses, and Sao Caetano kick off the day with wins. All the four sides posted wins to improve their record to 2-1 in the Swiss format. The Brazilian derby saw Sao Caetano take on Isurus, the fight between Evil Geniuses and 00NATION saw the clash of Jake "Stewie2K" Yip and Marcelo "coldzera" David and of the two former teammates Stewie2K’s side went on to post their second consecutive win.

In the tournament, Liquid had been on an underperforming spell but their 16-1 thumping of paiN proved why they are the tournament favorites. In the next match, Complexity and FURIA would clash with each other and one of the sides would end its perfect 2-0 record while Bad News Bears and 9z would fight for their survival.
