Liquid opens the ESL Pro League win over NIP

The North Americas ace in the ESL Pro League group as they add an early win to the score tally in the opener. Liquid’s ESL Pro League Season 14 campaign kicked off well, winning two maps over Ninjas in Pyjamas in Group D catering to Jonathan "EliGE" Jablonowski and Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo’s pro-level performance.

A 1vs3 clutch and post-multi-kills alongside the AWP of FalleN from EliGE had Liquid lead to 8-1 against NIP followed by further a 9-1 lead. A 1vs3 clutch from Linus "LNZ" Holtäng got the second round for NIP, but Liquid blazed ahead to a 12-3 scoreline. While NIP closed the gap to 13-10 given Nicolai "device" Reedtz’s USP-S triple kill and the first gun round from Hampus "hampus" Poser, EliGE’s triple kill converted the momentum into two more round wins, closing out the map 16-10. Liquid to take on the world No.2-ranked Gambit, on Thursday at 23:30.
