Mareks "YEKINDAR" Gaļinskis uncertain about his future with Virtus.pro

With the ongoing Russian-Ukrainan conflict, Virtus.pro has been badly affected with many of their Russian players unable to participate in the tournament due to the worldwide ban on Russian companies and representatives of the nation. The Latvian star Mareks "YEKINDAR" Gaļinskis stated his future with the team is thus uncertain.

The 22-year-old would not able to participate in the BLAST events as well after the organizers announced that Russia-based teams such as Virtus.pro would not be invited to the competition. After spending two years with the team YEKINDAR is not looking forward to a move but it might be his next move if ESL issues a similar statement in the future. For now, Virtus.pro would be seen in action at ESL Pro League Season 15 starting on March 16.
