Mathias "MSL" Lauridsen released from North

Mathias "MSL" Lauridsen part ways with North after spending two months on the bench. The in-game leader is now out looking for an opportunity with either a stable team or make a brand-new roster. The Danish organization replaced MSL and Philip "aizy" Aistrup with Kristoffer "Kristou" Aamand and Rasmus "kreaz" Johansson in November in an attempt to change the talent development project.

The Copenhagen-based side later terminated its operations as well as the organization after they failed to bring in new investors. MSL had joined the organization in 2020 and the team finished in the top four positions at DreamHack Open Anaheim, they also finished eighth in Regional Major Ranking events, ESL One: Road to Rio and cs_summit 6 despite many roster changes. The player’s time at North though was oddly unsuccessful and would be looking to make it back.
